In this case, what you need to do is allow your browser access to your camera and microphone, then refresh the page.

If the problem persists, make sure no other application is already using your camera and microphone.

You must make sure that you are using the right camera. To find out, you have to follow these steps:
Go to the browser bar on the right-hand side.
If you notice that it is not the correct camera, just click the manage button ☝️
Then search for "camera" settings and look for the correct camera 👇
After all these steps, refresh the page.
