# All you need to know about the new feature: "Direct Call"

### Here is how it works:

* **After a guy has been with you on a call for at least 60 seconds and you have previously created your profile picture, he can add you to his favorites.**

* **He can now see if you are available on the site without joining the queue.** (You can disable this anytime by changing your status from "Available" to "Unavailable". Users you have blocked will never see it).

* **If the guy has at least 10 minutes on his time balance, he can invite you to join a direct call.**

* **You will receive an incoming-call notification with details of who is inviting you. You will also receive a notification if you are already on a call with someone else for less than 10 minutes.**

* **You have 30 seconds to either accept or decline the call. We will tell the guy you are just unavailable if you decline or ignore the call.**

**1- Can free users add me as a favorite or direct call me?**

No, ${color}[#ff0068](**only premiums can add you as a favorite**), and **they need at least 10 minutes on their time balance to invite you to a direct call.**

**2- Do I need a profile picture?**

Yes! ${color}[#ff0068](**Only girls with a profile picture can be added as a favorite or invited to a direct call.**)

**3- What happens if I delete my profile picture?**

If you delete your avatar, **users who have added you to their favorites will never be able to know when you are available or call you until you have an avatar again.**

**4- What happens if I change my username or profile picture?**

Nothing, you will remain on the user's favorites list. _But keep in mind that you want the user to remember you, either by your username or profile picture._

**5- Will everyone know when I'm online?**

No, only if you have changed your status to "Available" the people who have added you as their favorites can see your status. **People you have blocked will never see your online status.**

**6- How can I see and change my status?**

_There are 3 ways to change your status:_

* You can change your status by clicking on your profile picture.

* If you reject or don't accept 3 consecutive incoming calls, you will also automatically be switched into the unavailable status until you change your status back to available manually.

* If you switch to a different browser tab (so that LuckyCrush is not in focus), you will automatically be switched into the unavailable status until you return to the tab. 


**7- Can I receive a direct call while I'm on the LuckyCrush main/home page?**

**Yes, you can!** If you receive an incoming call while you are on the main/home page, **the notification sound is louder and plays in a loop for 30 seconds.** 

**If you don't respond to 2 or more incoming calls, you will be automatically set to offline status until you set yourself as online/available again**. Always look for the 🟢 sign next to your profile picture to make sure you are ready to receive direct calls.

**8- Do users have a limited number of girls to add to their favorites list?**

Currently, there is no limit.

**9- How much do I earn with a direct call?**

You earn exactly the same as with a random call, but **now you know that your chat partner has at least 10 minutes available to spend with you.**

**10- Is it bad for me if I reject a call?**

No! Rejecting a call has no negative consequences for you.

**11- What happens if I reject a direct call? Will the user be able to call me back?**

Yes, the user will be able to call you again.

**12- What should I do if I don't want to be bothered while I am on a call with a user?**

You can change your status to unavailable while on the current call or click on the ${color}[#ff0068](**"Block for 1h" button.**)

**13- What can I do if I accidentally click on the "Block for 1h" button?**

Temporary blocks cannot be undone. **You must wait 1 hour for the time to expire.**

**14- Can I ask guys to add me to their favorites list?**

If you had a great and long chat with someone, you could ask them to add you to their favorites list so they can call you again. But **don't be offensive and pushy and annoy your chat partner. If you do this in a spammy way, you can be suspended.**

**15- If I accept a direct call while being on a call with someone else, how will they be notified?**

Your previous chat partner will not be informed that you have left him for someone else. For him, it will just look like a disconnect.

**16- What happens when I click on the "Block for 1h" button?**

You can use this button to temporarily block someone for 1 hour. Within this hour, the person won't see your online status, can't invite you to a direct call, and won't match with you in the random queue. Temporarily blocks can not be reverted.

**17- Can I see when someone has added me to their favorites?**

No, **this is a private feature for the guys**, but they may share it with you in chat.

**18- Do guys have to pay extra to use the favorite list or to do a direct call?**

No, the guys have no additional costs to use the favorites list or direct calls.

**19- Can guys also send me a message, a gift, or tip money when they add me as a favorite?**

**No!** They can only invite you to a direct call, that is all!

**20- What happens when a direct call ends?**

If a direct call ends, you will be automatically put in the random queue if you didn't activate the spicy-button.

**21- How do the direct calls affect my benchmark?**

**Direct calls positively impact your benchmark**, but it does not affect you negatively if you don’t do any direct calls._

**22- But LuckyCrush is all about the random matches, won't that harm the product?**
