# Common issues: camera, microphone, cookies

If the problem persists, **make sure no other application is already using your camera and microphone.**

You must make sure that you are using the right camera. To find out, you have to follow these steps:

* Go to the browser bar on the right-hand side.

If you notice that it is not the correct camera, just click the manage button ☝️

Then search for "camera" settings and look for the correct camera 👇

**After all these steps, refresh the page.**
