Instructions to find your USDC Polygon wallet address on OKX

1. On the Home screen, tap on Assets. Make sure the Exchange tab, located at the top of the screen, is selected.

2. Tap on Deposit.

3. Tap on Deposit crypto.

4. Select the USDC option in the list.

5. Select Polygon network.

6. **Verify that the address starts with the numbers and letters "0x". **

Copy your wallet address using the copy icon, instead of manually typing it.

7. Then, in your LuckyCrush account, tap on your points balance to request your payout and select the USDC Polygon payment method.

8. Complete the form as follows:

1st line: Type your first and last names as they appear on the documentation you submitted to Luckycrush at the time of age verification.

2nd line: Paste the wallet address you copied.

Every time you request your payment, verify your wallet address and Binance notifications to avoid losses in case Binance suspends deposits. To do this, always remember to check the first 3 and the last 3 numbers/letters of the address you copy from your wallet and the address that remains pasted in the LuckyCrush form!

3rd line: Select the OKX option.

• Remember that you can only withdraw to your own OKX account: you cannot withdraw to other people's OKX accounts.
