# Instructions to find your USDC Polygon wallet address on OKX

6. **Verify that the address starts with the numbers and letters "0x". **
**Copy your wallet address using the copy icon, instead of manually typing it.**

7. **Then, in your LuckyCrush account, tap on your points balance to request your payout and select the **${color}[#ff0068](USDC Polygon)** payment method.**

8. **Complete the form as follows:**

__1st line__:  Type your first and last names **as they appear on the documentation you submitted to Luckycrush at the time of age verification.**

__2nd line__:  Paste the wallet address you copied. 
Every time you request your payment, **verify your wallet address and Binance notifications** to avoid losses in case Binance suspends deposits.
