What is the BENCHMARK?
With this feature, you will be able to evaluate and monitor your own performance and improve it if necessary through the benchmark indicator.
Your benchmark is based on your last 500 active calls longer than 5 secs (completely disregarding the time that has passed between these calls) and how you interacted with your chat partners.
EXCELLENT:
It appears in purple. You have a fantastic performance! This means that you will be prioritized in the queue. 🤩
GOOD:
It appears in green. You are doing great! This means that you will be prioritized in the queue. 👏
MODERATE:
It appears in yellow. This means that you are doing OK, but you should invest some effort to improve your work.
POOR:
It appears in red. This means that your performance is well below our minimum expectations.
To improve your performance, you must follow all the steps HERE ASAP.
