# Will my Benchmark be affected if I don't spend enough time online?

**No.** It’s not about how much time you spend online. It doesn’t matter at all. You can have an excellent benchmark just by spending an hour online. The benchmark is related to the quality of your performance while online, not the quantity of time. It is not our intention to force anyone to spend more time online. Rather, we’d rather you take a break if you’re having a bad day than spend time online with poor performance.

You can also take a few days off-line with no consequences for your benchmark.
